- 5th grade football will play an 8 game schedule with all teams advancing to the playoffs, if desired.
- Teams will play the same opponent in week 1 & 8 of the season. The Week 1 game will not be counted in the standings.
- Games in Weeks 2-8 will be counted to determine playoff seeding. The Week 1 game does not count as a tiebreaker.
Tiebreaker Procedures:
(1) Head to Head Result
(2) Record vs. Common Opponents
(3) Overall Record
(4) Coin Toss
*In the event of 3 or more teams being involved in a tie, the
tiebreaker procedure will be to start with Step 1 until at least one
team is produced or eliminated, at which point, the remaining teams will be compared starting back at Step 1.
